These terms apply when you use the Daisy Kay Jewels website or buy from us. Daisy Kay Jewels operates as a sole trader (ABN 68 772 695 953). Please read them before placing an order.
Using our website
Please use this website lawfully and don’t interfere with its operation or security. We work to keep it accurate and available, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors, which we will correct when we become aware of them.
Our handmade pieces
Every necklace is handmade individually using natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. Natural variations in colour, shape, size and texture are part of each piece’s character, so your necklace may differ slightly from the photos. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payment is taken securely through our Shopify checkout at the time of your order. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before your order is fulfilled and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and availability
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. Pieces are made in small quantities, so if an item becomes unavailable after you order we will let you know and refund you in full for that item.
Shipping
Shipping within Australia is complimentary. Delivery details are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns, refunds and your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our returns approach and our additional 6-month workmanship warranty are explained on our Shipping & Returns and Jewellery Care & Warranty pages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
The Daisy Kay name, logo, designs, photographs and website content belong to Daisy Kay Jewels or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This does not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
